Necking machine model E6 with measuring of expanded diameters
Description
A necking machine or expander is a device used to create a neck on a pipe or tube. Our device is so simple and primitive that if you follow the basic rules and operating instructions, it will serve you for several years. The basis is a hydraulic piston that pushes out a wedge, on which segments are placed all around to create a neck. We use polyamide segments of various diameters, most often up to 200mm. By performing basic maintenance, which is described in the operating instructions, you will contribute to extending the functionality of the necking machine.
Of course, there is a two-year warranty, service and post-warranty service.
The necking machine order includes Teflon spray, 5 and 6 mm Allen keys, doll control lever, and instructions for use.
